Ballina Shire Australia Day Awards 2012
Nominations have now closed for the 2012 Ballina Shire Australia Day Awards.
The presentation of these awards will be made at the offical Australia Day Celebrations to be held on Thursday 26 January 2012 at the Lennox Head Cultural & Community Centre.
Awards will be made in the following categories;
- Young Citizen of the Year (under 21 years of age)
- Citizen of the Year
- Sports Person of the Year
- Volunteer of the Year
- Community Event of the Year
These awards are an excellent opportunity to acknowledge the people who make a difference in our shire.
